Bubble Board

Bubble board is a lightweight, high-performance material typically made from polypropylene. It is defined by its unique three-layer sandwich construction: two flat outer skins bonded to a central “bubble” or cellular core.

The circular cell (bubble) core provides exceptional rigidity and compression strength in all directions, unlike corrugated materials, like Correx, that are only strong in one direction.

It is waterproof, weather-resistant, and UV-stable, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use. Bubble board is 100% recyclable and often contains recycled content, serving as an eco-friendly, PVC-free alternative to Foamex.
