You do not have to accept a standard order of service or a standard template design any more – if you have your own design we will help you enhance it – or we can take any stress away by designing it for you. Let us know your ideas and we will try to create something special for you and your family.

At Jaz Print we can create funeral, memorial service or wedding order of service or stationery… that is unique just for you and your family. Many of our clients have found the process of planning, selecting and commissioning the design of their stationery to be helpful.

Artwork Checklist

  • Add 3mm bleed
    Add 3mm bleed around all edges of your artwork to allow for cutting during production. Make sure colours, background pictures and layouts extend into the bleed area. Please also make sure there is no text at least 5mm away from the edge of your artwork.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts.
    Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.
  • Save your files as print-ready PDF files.
    Save your files in uneditable, print-ready file formats (PDF (1.4 or higher), TIFF, EPS, JPG). Deliver your files in one layer: the background layer.
